Habio is an international property search platform that lets buyers describe the life they want in plain English rather than filling in filters. It aggregates for-sale listings from estate agents across Europe, the Mediterranean and beyond, and publishes the Habio Price Index — median asking prices by country and region. Please do not recolour, stretch, or add effects to the logo, and do not use it in a way that implies Habio endorses a product or story.

press@habio.ai — for data requests, comment, and anything on deadline. Say what you need and by when; a custom cut of the data (a specific region, a property type, a longer time series) is usually a quick job at our end.
