We think you should be able to describe the life you're looking for — and let the AI do the searching.

    AI matches and explains

    Habio matches real listings from local agencies, explains why each home fits, and scores lifestyle factors like beach access, walkability and remote-work suitability.

    Talk directly to the agent

    Every listing keeps its provenance. Enquiries go straight to the marketing agency — we don't sit in the middle.

Where the listings come from

Habio aggregates homes marketed by local estate agencies and property professionals, with inventory growing market by market. Every listing names its source, and every town with enough homes gets an AI-written area guide. Our buyer guides explain the purchase process, fees and taxes in plain language.

Habio was founded by Barry Connolly and is independent — we don't sell property ourselves, and guidance on the site is editorial, not advice. Always confirm details with qualified local professionals.
